Jyoti Roy Mishra is an HR professional with more than a decade years of experience into Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Organizational development, providing bespoke HR consulting services into recruitment and training across industries. Prior to establishing Framework Allies, she has worked with various leading corporates into BFSI sector as AVP recruitment and OD. She has a strong suit in leadership hiring, niche hiring and competency training. She has an expertise in attracting and assessing leaders across all functions. She earns an MBA degree from Pune university. She is also passionate about creating more inclusive cultures and helping women with potential achieve their career goals.
Akbar Mehdi
Akbar holds a wealth of varied experience in Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition and Development. Prior to establishing Framework Allies, he had worked with various leading corporates and consulting firms.
He develops
overall strategy, manages client relationships and business development. He is personally involved in executing leadership level searches. He has a rich experience in managing and delivering recruitment solutions. He has successfully
managed large hires for leading investment banks and technology companies.
Akbar has an MBA (Mumbai University) and Bachelor of Engineering.
